They build a single-story rear and side extension, creating a larger kitchen and dine, ground floor toilet. A timber patio was installed as well as 4 skylight windows to a pitched roof in the extension. Highly recommend using for future work!

P&T Building did an amazing loft conversion for us. We were very pleased with Petras‘ team who we were assigned on the job from start to finish. Highly skilled workers, very respectful and polite!

P&T team completed a full refurbishment of our home, including complete rewire, new heating system , structural changes, steel beams, bi-folds, new bathroom, new kitchen, all new woodwork, new staircase and fully redecorated by an excellent team. All this was done with us living in and the team worked incredibly hard to minimise dirt and dust and to keep us connected to essential utilities. I really liked Petras’ ‘no problem that we can’t deal with’ attitude, the fact that he really listened to us throughout the process and , most importantly, the fact that he adhered so carefully to our agreed budget. No changes were made without prior discussion and his foresight and advice were invaluable. PT Building team turned our dilapidated (leaking) house into a home that we are really happy and comfortable in and we are going to be recommending him to family, friends and strangers for a long time to come.

P&T Building recently finished our new home extension. It involved designing and building rear extension and loft conversion. Creating four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Renovation to the rest of the house was carried out, refurbishing bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The detailing and finish are excellent as was the service provided. We are delighted with our new home and would recommend to anyone.

I had a complicated design for my bathroom which was handled really well. The job was completed on time and the team worked long hours to achieve this. I was pleased with the overall job. My wetroom does not have any leaks or plumbing issues. The only area of improvement was around the attention to detail right at the end e.g. silicone finish and decorating the finishing of the new window. I appreciate that this was due to time pressure.

I was recommended P&T Building by a colleague as he had a lot of work done by him. I then contacted Petras and had him survey my roof works. I couldn't have asked for a more professional contractor to turn up at my door. From start to finish in all aspects, he was extremely impressive. The words are and I quote "second to none" I am also a contractor and will never look or use any other roofer besides him. His service, timescales and prices are so competitive that you can't ask for anymore. He went above and beyond his duties and what he had priced to what I thought I would get as an end result. To date all I get is positive and great comments regarding my roof and the quality it has been finished. Had been trying to get quotes and been let down by tradesmen not turning up or not them coming to look and not receiving the quote however, I found the right company for the job. They turn up on TIME and I told him what I wanted he went away by midday the next day and received the quote was happy with it so went ahead with the work…. I’m not disappointed either what a great job they did new patio new stone edges and repaired the wire mesh at the back of the garden to stop rocks from falling out… 10/10 of the job would recommend to anyone thank you.

PT is an excellent roofer, very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. They did a great job along with his colleague and always kept us informed of what time they would be coming as well as tidying up at the end of the day. Would recommend this company.
